Chocolate Croissants

1 Croissant triangle
2 TBS. of mini-chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. of sugar

Lay out the croissant triangle. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Roll up starting with the short side. Sprinkle with the sugar. Bake as directed on the package.

Fast Macaroni and Cheese

1 cup cooked macaroni elbows
2 Tbls of milk
1 oz Velveeta cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Put macaroni in sauce pan. Add Milk and cheeses. Stir until cheeses are melted. Add pepper to taste.

Bread Pudding

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or knife comes out clean.

½ Tbs. Egg
3 Tbs. Milk
1/8 tsp. Vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/3 cup of chopped up dry bread
1 ½ Tbs. Of brown sugar
1 ½ Tbs. Of raisins

Chop up the bread. Set aside.

Combine the egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Stir in Bread cubes. Stir in brown sugar and raisins. Put into a cupcake holder and bake. Ice with Hard Sauce (see below)


Hard Sauce

1 ½ tbs. Of butter
1/3 cup of confectioners sugar.

Combine both ingredients. Chill if there is time.

Easy Chili

1/4 cup of white beans
1/4 cup of Red beans
1/4 cup of black beans
2 Tbls. of corn kernals
1 Tbls. of onions, chopped
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes with juice
3 Tbls. of mild picanti sauce.
Dash of pepper

Combine all of the ingrediants in a cooking pan. Heat until warm. (appox. 10 minutes)

Festival meatballs

Meatballs

1/4 pound of hamburger
1 egg
5 - 6 crackers, crushed
1 slice of medium Onion, minced
Dash of Pepper
Dash of garlic

Combine all ingredients and form into five or six small meatballs. Place in cupcake or small oven proof dish. Set aside

Sauce

2 Tbls. of cranberry sauce
2 Tbls. of Saurkraut
2 Tbls. of catsup
1 Tbls of brown sugar
1 Tsp. of soy sauce.
1 tsp. of chili oil.

Combine ingrediants and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.

Black Forest Brownie Cake

3 tablespoons of flour
1 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. Baking soda
Dash of Salt
3 Tbl. sugar
2 Tbl. chocolate chips
¼ c. of cherry juice
¼ c. of cherry pie filling
5 Marchiano cherries

Combine first 6 ingredients. Add the cherry juice. Stir until smooth. Set aside

Grease an individual Bundt pan.

Evenly distribute cherries over the bottom. Pour cake mix evenly over the top.

Set oven to 350 degrees. Bake cake until toothpick comes out clean about 25 minutes.

Invert onto a plate.

Optional: Serve with ice cream.

Navajo Tacos

1/4 can of french bread
1 tbls. of pinto beans
shreaded lettuce
shreaded cheddar cheese

Divide the french bread into four peices. Roll out the bread until very thin. Place on a hot griddle. flip when brown. Remove when the other side is brown. Place pinto beans down the center of the bread. Add lettuce and cheese. Fold in half to eat.

Individual Pizza

½ c flour
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp yeast
1/8 tsp. sugar

Combine.

Add:
1/8 c + 1 tbl. water ~
¼ tsp. oil

Roll out into crust.

Spread 2 Tbl. Of sauce over the top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Spread ½ c of shredded mozzarella over the top.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

Boston Cream Pies

3 yellow cupcakes
1 package of Jello singles
2-3 Tbls of water
1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Take the three cupcakes and slice like a layered cake. Set aside.

Mix the Jello single with the water until creamy. Divide the mixture between the three bottom halves of the cupcakes. Put the top of the cupcake on top. Set aside.

Place chocolate chips and the milk in a microwavable dish. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir until the chocolate chips are smooth. pour over the three cupcakes.

Serve.
