Hello author! I am an 11 year old who tried this recipe and loved it! The pancake (when you eat it) is nice and thick, and fills me up! I have a suggestion to add to this recipe that is optional. After using the 1 teaspoon egg, mix the excess with about 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Then, pour onto a medium-heated skillet and scramble. I did this and ate it in addition to my pancake. You should add this as an optional side dish to your recipe! 2 Thumbs Way Up! :)
